See below an email I have sent today to Tredz, upon reading previous reviews I have even less faith in this company, wish I had read these earlier would have saved me a lot of stress



Dear sir

Without Prejudice

I write to you today to express my extreme disappointment with the service I have received from your company in aspects of quality of goods, you have delivered a bike that is not only NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE but does not comply with your statement ‘all bikes are fully serviced and tested before delivery and that bikes are put together professionally with a 7 point check list’

On day one of using the bike, the computer turned off after 10 mins and the modes; Emode, Turbo, Sport do not work.

On telephoning your customer services, whilst the young man was very polite and helpful on the phone he said he would get someone to call me back and marked it as urgent, this was Friday morning 11th October and todate I have not received a call.

My son, I bought the bike for him, has a disability and the bike is his only form of transport, which he needs to get to and from his place of employment. He rang your office and was advised that it is probably in need of a computer upgrade, surely this should have been confirmed and resolved before sending the bike out. I quote “all our bikes are fully serviced and tested before being sent out”. This is an example of not being a true statement. He was told that the bike could not be returned and exchanged as it had been on the road, please tell me how could he possibly find out it was faulty without riding it, notwithstanding the fact that according to your statement in your sales speale it should be in full working, as one would expect with any new equipment purchased. To further exasperate the situation the seat fell off!!!!!!!

On advice given from your company we took the bike to Hargroves the nearest stockist and reliable source of service and repair of E bike’s in our past experience, and was told you will pay up to £35. Apart from the fact that you have supplied equipment not fit for service this bike comes with a warranty so I expect you to not only to cover any costs incurred but compensation for the stress and inconvenience you have put upon me. Hargroves have examined the bike and say the battery is faulty, confirmation yet again that in in my opinion you falsely claim to deliver goods in a fit for purpose condition.

Please advise by return how you plan to resolve this matter.

I bought this mattress for my son who had injured his back

I bought this mattress for my son who had injured his back, 2 slipped discs, he was unable to move let alone sleep, it has been a god send in assisting his recovery. It is truly amazing. I cannot speak more highly of the company who were so very helpful. If I appear gushing it is because I am so grateful and happy to have found this product I wholeheartedly recommend it and the company to you.
