Basically the same complaint as other…

Basically the same complaint as other members. I signed up when amazon vouchers for £20 were offered. As I got near that threshold it increased to £50. I have just reached the new threshold and lo and behold it has now jumped to £100. Very suspicious!!
The previous responses on here from the nicequest team do nothing to alleviate that suspicion. To simply suggest that members consider other voucher options is just not good enough when many signed up with the incentive of amazon vouchers being on offer. One earlier response that "we can't confirm if or when £50 amazon vouchers will be in stock again" also leads me to believe there seems to be a deliberate policy in place here.
I would be very interested to know what members who are some distance from the £50 threshold are being shown as "available" gift vouchers. If they are still being shown the £50 amazon voucher as available then something really is seriously wrong.

Non existent customer service

Absolutely appalling service . Been trying to assist my elderly mother who banks with TSB. Not very mobile so can't get to branches and she relies on online banking. After the initial problem a few weeks ago of no access to online banking she eventually had that restored but is still unable to make an international transfer to her other son in Australia. Every time we try just get a "this service is temporarily unavailable" error message!
Sent a complaint letter on her behalf 3 weeks ago but no reply and receipt not even acknowledged! Was about to send a reminder letter today, only to discover they have removed the customer service postal address from the complaints section of their website!! It was definitely on there 3 weeks ago!
Totally unprofessional organisation.

Avoid National Buying Survey

Like many other posters I have just been caught out by the National Buying Survey false promise.
Spent over 3 hours fully completing parts 1 to 3 and then got an error message when trying to start part 4. Kept screenshots showing I had completed the earlier parts and also the "technical error" message that came up for part 4.
Contacted support who said wait 7/10 days, then they said wait 2-4 weeks, then they said wait 6 weeks. After 7 weeks they came back and said "We have just heard back from our Project Team regarding this study. Unfortunately, their records confirm that this study still hasn't been started. Therefore, we are unable to credit your account." That is a total lie and the evidence I sent them showed it was untrue.
3 hours totally wasted and they have all the data from that survey but refuse to credit the points.
Avoid MySurvey and especially the National Buying Survey as it will be a total waste of time and effort!
I waited several weeks to give them an opportunity to respond before posting this but it is now clear they have no intention of looking at the evidence or attempting to resolve the issue but just dismiss it out of hand.

5 stars: Excellent

Dashcam after-sales service

Bought a dashcam in December, which works fine and very pleased with it, but after 8 months the plastic / rubber windscreen mount broke. Emailed Nextbase on a Saturday lunchtime and reply received within half an hour to say a replacement would be sent out straight away. This arrived within a couple of days. Polite, friendly and efficient service and can't fault their customer service.

Another Delivery Failure

Wish I had seen the reviews on this site before ordering.

There appears to be a real problem with their delivery of doors to customers judging by previous reviews.

I ordered 2 internal doors and on the email invoice and the online account orders section it clearly stated the doors would be delivered on 23 November between 8.00am and 6.00pm, so I made arrangements to be home all day. Nothing arrived and on phoning customer services after 6.00pm was told the order had not left the warehouse and had not even been allocated to a courier company for delivery yet! Having wasted an entire day waiting for the order they could at least have had the courtesy to tell me beforehand if the agreed delivery timescale was not going to be met - but no contact whatsoever till I phoned them.

A new delivery date of 27 November has now been agreed but I won't hold my breath!

Edit - on reflection I have decided not to wait for another potential failed delivery so have now asked them to cancel and refund.

Non-Existent Customer Service

18th April ordered a coffee table online which was showing as in stock and available for delivery. Then received an email to say it would be delivered on 28th. On 27th online tracking said it had not been despatched and then an email to say it wouldn't be delivered as promised but would be delivered within 48 hours. After yet more conflicting emails it was eventually delivered on 11th May!! and on opening the package was badly damaged.
Collection arranged for 18th May but the refund has still not been made and on enquiring via customer service today was told "I've contacted our supplier, and the item has not yet been received. As soon as the product is received we'll process your refund.". So 8 days after they collected it they say they have not received it and no refund.
Whilst this fiasco was ongoing I saw the exact same table at Wayfair.co.uk. It was £24 more than at Asda but it arrived within 3 days and in perfect condition.
