Dear Julian, we think we know what two orders you are refering to. All your orders were of The Macallan Edition Series Nº3 and Nº4, is that right? These two whiskies are very much sought after by the collectors and whisky enthusiasts (especially the nº4 since it has been released this summer) and they are quickly sold out. We are sorry if two of your four orders could not be honoured and had to be refunded. This kind of inconvenience happens sometimes in our site but only when our customers place too many orders within the hour!
