Excellent Go Ape Experience but let down by customer service. I took my daughter and a large group of her friends for her birthday. They children loved it and staff made my daughter feel extra special as the birthday girl. I have given 4 stars and not 5 because of pre event contact with customer service. I received a number of emails asking me to check-in online (providing childs full name and dob) and when i called customer service to query it I was told not to bother checking in online as the service was just in its initial stages of being rolled out and it would be best to do it at the venue itself - apparently it would take only a matter of minutes. I pointed out i had 17 children to register but was still advised against it. When i arrived at Tilgate Park the server said i should have checked in online to save time and was surprised i had been told otherwise by customer service. It subsequently took some time for me to enter electronically each childs full name and dob and became a bit stressful as i was concerned it would eat into the children's time climbing. It didn't but still i would have preferred to have avoided this added stress.
Positive experience - would use again
I placed an order for 12 bottles of spirit and then came across some of the bad reviews on here so waited in the hope mine would be one of the positive experiences. I can happily say that it was a positive experience from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout and the items arrived within expected delivery times (5-10 days). Once i'd placed the order I had realised that I had been charged a non-sterling transaction fee by my bank despite appearing to be paying in £ on the uvinum website. Customer service were excellent, confirmed i'd been charged in Euros for which they apologised and refunded the difference swiftly.
Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. We ordered a bbq and a call to customer service to clarify a few things beforehand was dealt with professionally. Order arrived as expected and even had a call prior to delivery day to give an indication of delivery time. Would definitely use again.

Ordered Miele tumble dryer Flacon (they were cheaper than on the Miele website) and they arrived as expected. I have never used this company before but would use again.
