This is mostly about their app

This is mostly about their app. It sucks.
I, personally, think the reason for the current problems is the copious WIndows 10 Updates, but then again, the apps never worked on any of my Androids either so I think it is a Luth coding thing.

The person allegedly the support at the number has no clue. They tell you to download another app from a link they send to your email to clean out the remainder of the Savvy app that may have been left behind after uninstallation. The app gives the error code that the items it is looking for is not installed. YET! When you try to reinstall the Savvy app IT says the app is already installed. AND when you go to the site it shows that the app is NOT transmitting and has not transmitted since you originally installed it. Which could have been weeks prior.

THe Chrome browser app does not 'light up' no matter what you do. Remove the extension, reinstall, NOTHING works to get it working. Starting to think these people need to hire better and more tech support.

Left a few messages that are never answered, a few emails that just tell you to call the number. Maybe this is a way to make extra money by preventing people from actually doing surveys so Luth keeps the extra money? I dunno but I'm tired of wasting my time . . .

Not the best site

Not the best site. For the most part the surveys with the biggest payouts you will not qualify for. Pretty sure this is a 'feature' since fifteen out of 20 people I know that use the sight say the same thing.

Customer service is staffed by people that apparently read from a script that in no way answers or even mentions the problem you might be having.

The pay out takes too long (you get paid the month AFTER you reach the required pay out balance) and they do t by CHECK instead of giftcards, or PayPal. At this point in the online game Paypal is by far the cheaper alternative. And you don't throw away 13 percent of your money when you try to cash the check.

They have an app that you can install (pc or smartphone) but so far its never been able to sync up with their servers to show me as having installed the app (good luck HTC users, its never worked on my HTC phones..)

Great place to do surveys

Great place to do surveys. No issues with payouts and you actually get answers to questions when you have a problem (unlike another survey site I won't mention..) I love it that when you don't qualify for a survey you can still get five or six points anyway. You use to get points, one or two automatically, when you failed to qualify but that's changed up a bit.

No responses to any contact. Incorrect information on profiles....

I have sent emails repeatedly about my phone number showing up incorrect (but its correct when I go to edit my profile!)
2. 16 days (not including day one) that I requested payment and it hasn't even been reviewed yet.
3. Despite the Paypal logo at the top of the page there is no option to get paid that route. Probably should remove that because its misleading as lots of people prefer that method.
3. Most of the site appears to be incomplete. SOme of the things you are supposed to get points/credit for do not exist like the forums and whatever that IDology thing is.
4. I have linked my LinkedIn account but still have not received any thing for doing that and it still shows up as not having been done even though there is the LinkedIn watermark on my picture.
5. Still no points/credit for having my picture on my profile like it says your supposed to get. I get email so I assume that means my email has been verified: no badge for that.
6. No badge for Headshot Hero or LinkedIn Leader

I like the place, not many surveys to do but it didn't take me long to reach the minimum pay out. Personally, I think once they do pay they should pay everything in my account and bring me up to date at the time they finally decided to get around to payment (via paypal!)

p.s. don't see any where to add to or a previous post but I miscounted and today is in fact the 13th business day, my bad on that one. But the rest still stands and appreciate the fast email response, obviously I should done this a long time ago.

Hi Derrick,

Thanks for your post. Below are my answers to your points above.

1) Your phone number has been updated to reflect the correct number.
2) We ask that you give our team 14 business days to process payment requests. Today is the 13th business day since you requested payment on February 23rd.
3) On the day we process your payment, we reach out via email to arrange your preferred payment method. One of the payments we offer is PayPal.
4) We invite our members to online bulletin board studies every week. If you qualify and complete a bulletin board study, you will receive that badge.
5) You were paid $2.50 for verifying your LinkedIn account on January 11th. Your badge will be added today.
6) Since we pulled your headshot in from LinkedIn instead of you adding it yourself, our system did not credit you with that badge. This is a bug in our system that needs to be fixed so thanks for pointing it out.

I'll reach out to you directly via email now to arrange your preferred payment method.

Best regards,
