I love the concept of Lovebug and everything it stands for, but my cats weren't impressed. They sniffed it and walked away. I was quite disappointed (in them). I am sorry. I've given the rest of the bag to a colleague in the hope his cats are more accepting.

Untamed was recommended to me by my sister whose cats love most flavours.
My cats are frustratingly fussy, and my sister suggested I gave Untamed a go. Although my cats don't like every flavour (chicken/duck for example), I've whittled their preferences down after a few orders and seemed to have got the order right at last. I love that waste has been reduced and feel assured Hattie and Barbara are eating a healthy diet. I also love the convenience of having Untamed delivered and find the entire process (amending my order and delivery date etc.) very user friendly.

Auto Windscreens rebooked my initial appointment as the engineer called in sick. I needed a new windscreen urgently but wasn't at home for the second appointment. I left specific instructions for collecting/dropping off my car keys which was no issue. The engineer (Rob?) called me when he arrived, and again when he finished to assure me the keys were left in a safe place. It's this kind of extra effort that gets noticed and is worth leaving a five-star rating for.
