I love the stores
I love the stores! I love how knowledgeable and professional their staff are. I like the choice of delicious wines and the fact that I never leave empty handed. The choice is really big, prices quite good. It never disappoints.

I am fed up with it now.. It takes a lot of time to fill in the surveys and you barely get a few points! As other reviews, I tried to get the Amazon card but they kept increasing the value of the giftcard and now it is £50! When I finally managed to collect these 965 shells (god knows how many months and surveys it took me!) it is showing this gift card unavailable. No response for the message I sent them, but seeing their response here, it would be the usual how they are working on improving their shop blah blah. So I think I will stop participate and uninstall the plugin that harvest my data for free. I really am only interested in amazon vouchers as the crap they have in other categories is not only not to my liking but also seriously overpriced for your time. I am very disappointed but I would rather focus on the other websites that give proper incentives. Unless, they wake up and reintroduce the vouchers which are actually available and accessible.
If you haven't joined yet, don't bother.. There are more reliable sites.

Very easy and quick to drop off
It was very easy and quick to drop off the item. Tracking works very well though sometimes the estimated time is not really what it is in the end.

worse courier service ever
I have never had a good experience with this company.. Always a problem, always have to contact them to find out where my parcel is. It takes ages to have parcels delivered. They employed regular people to deliver the stuff and they can't find the address, they are not contactable, they can't even write and don't leave you calling card or leave it even without the name of the recipient. I wish I knew which shops are using them to deliver their goods as I would not use these shops again. It is always a problem with Hermes. I am surprised they are still operating! And the support centre is in India so they are useless either. You call them or use the chat and they can tell you only what you see in your tracking. So what is the point? Seriously, I hope they will cease to exist as they are a joke.. I am waiting for another delivery that no one knows where it is..

It is OK for a price you pay
It is OK for a price you pay. Pity that you need to contact the support each time something goes wrong.. They must be spending millions on support workers. Hannah was very helpful and sorted issues quickly. Just a pity I had to contact them at all but they are using rubbish Hermes delivery and I always struggle with them. They are unreliable in every way. I do not know how they can get away with such a rubbish service..

Flowers delivered as promised though slightly different from a photo (still nice though). Prices could be slightly lower though...
