Horrible customer care
Horrible customer care. I keep sending the documents and they keep rejecting them without explanation. They don't reply in emails and their customer service doesn't speak any english or makes any effort to help me. I haven't got my carte verte after 4 months yet. Avoid!

Highly disappointed
I am a Monese customer for more than 3 years, personal GBP account, EUR account and Business account. As you can understand, I trusted Monese a lot to rely on them for everything I do with money.
I am sorry to say that I am not happy with Monese any more and particularly unhappy with their customer support.
I 've unable to receive money for almost 2 months and recently tried to transfer money between my accounts without success. S**** happens but what is frustrating is that I was waiting for 5-6 days to get an explanation. The answers I received were almost robotic, the person that replied to me didn't even read what I sent. So, 5 more days for the next answer which was also wrong. We are still counting. I have emailed them, chatted, called, requested to be called back, nothing worked.
During the days of Brexit and while Monese's accounts are not protected by FSCS, I would expect a service that is more trustworthy.

Before deposit payment, everything was great. After the deposit payment, they rely on the "non refundable deposit" term and the rest of their terms to aggressively keep you as a client even if they clearly do not care any more. The price we received as final changed multiple times and when we finally decided to work with another company (as Legend had lost our trust), they kept our deposit and asked 30% for "late cancellation". Be careful!!

You have had more items and therefore multiple adjustments were made to the quote according to your requirements. We have made the adjustments to the price and also matched the competitors’ quotations and you were happy with it. Today you have decided to cancel your move with us. We are sorry to hear that you chose the other moving company, but the deposit you have paid is non-refundable and this principle is not different to the other removal companies in the industry.
