Once you get near redeeming, rewards disappear or increase in price
having similar issues to many people too: surveys are seldom and once I got near the £50 Amazon voucher, it doubled to £100, which will take another half a year which by then, it will probably become £150 or £200 which is really unfair. Other survey sites take about 5-10 surveys to get a decent reward, I think this one is a scam? Has anyone redeemed their points at all?

Zero stars. Please NOBODY USE THIS WEBSITE, IT IS A FAKE, ILLEGALLY TRADING COMPANY. They do not sell you real tickets, they make Photoshopped versions and give them to you. When you try to contact them, they will block/not pick up your calls. Also, they, the callers use fake names like ERIC JOHNSON so they cannot be found. I have reported them to the police as well as to trading standards via the citizens bureau and I am awaiting my refund as well as for them to get punished for selling fake tickets and stealing people's money.
Very slow
I bought a single item to be picked up in four hours as it was available but it took them nearly two weeks before item was available to pick up. Honestly, you're better off ordering from Boots or another better beauty store.

I would give them a zero if I could
I would give them a zero if I could. Buses are nearly always late and sometimes, they just never arrive. On numerous occasions (including today, the day that I am writing this review) two buses have not arrived consecutively so I have been outside for over an hour. When you send a complaint, you never get an answer. If you're lucky, like my friend, you might get an answer after 3 months. Worst bus service that I have ever used.
Never received item
Never received item. When I contacted the company (says to expect reply in 36 hours), they did gotten back to me. I was eventually refunded but when I contacted the delivery company, they stated that they had not received anything at all, so suspicious that nothing was sent out in the first place. Will not be using again.
Actually, Zero Stars-parcel never came
Actually, it should be zero stars. My parcel never came. On their website, the consignment number says thay it was handed over to Royal Mail as they were 'local courier'. When I contacted Royal Mail, they were shocked because UK mail deliver their own parcels so why would they pass the parcel to them. Also, there was no trace of my parcel with Royal Mail as no details had been exchanged/collected so they could not track whether or not the parcel was sent to them at all. They advised me to contact UK mail: absolute joke, the auto-voice automatically shuts the call after 2 minutes for no reason-the amount of phone minutes I wasted! Also, my consignment number was not recognised (surprise or what?) So I emailed them and they told me that there was nothing they can do. A complete and utter joke! That parcel was extremely important and because of them, I nearly missed a coursework deadline but luckily I wad able to sort out an alternatice, although it was no way nearas good. An utterly useless organisation thay should honestly be shut down.

Zero Star if possible. There is A LOT of false advertising.
I decided to buy a lace-front wig for a friend for a fancy dress party. It was described as 'full lace front wig' and it had very good reviews.
I paid for it and then waited two whole months. Communication is abysmal and when the 'wig' came (over two months later), it was a single strand of 'sample' hair and it was tangled beyond belief. What a joke! I got my refund after a few weeks and will never buy from them ever again!
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THE SITE. MAJORITY ARE FAKE!

The culottes had some loose string where the fabric joins in the middle and around the hem. Also, the zip does sometimes gets stuck but the fabric is quite nice and flow-like and it fits nicely. Communication from purchase to fast delivery was excellent though so 1/2 marks. Also, the culottes were £3.50 but they weren't bad (think Primark quality).

Firstly, I would like to mention that the prices are exceptional. The tights came earlier than expected, and are of very high quality. I wore them to uni on Monday and OH MY DAYS, people really liked them. Thank you so much and I will definitely come back to buy again!

The site isn't a hoax-you will actually get a reward (I withdrew $11 or just over £8 with conversion). The site is fine but you do get screened out after completing 3/4 of the survey and they do take time. Sometimes, I won't get a survey. There are better sites than Mintvine but the website is ok if you only do surveys occasionally.
