Tried to order six months ago, no delivery, no response to email
I received a gift card from Bamigo, but the code did not work on their website. After several emails and a few weeks later they 'fixed' the issue, and asked me to place my order again. After placing the order with the gift card number, they showed me a message that I needed to pay by bank transfer, which is strange as I paid the full amount with the gift card. I waited for my order to arrive, nothing happened for two months. I emailed them three months ago to ask for a response and to fulfil the order, but still waiting for a response, and still haven't received what I ordered yet. Tried to email them again today, wondering how many more months they would need to respond or ever deliver what I tried to order already six months ago. To summarise; their gift cards are not working, process to pay with a gift card is lacking, no delivery, no tracking and managing of placed orders, no response to customer emails.
