Good service and fast in solving issues.

Last time I made a purchase to Trendhim.
There was an item, that came damage.
They send me back, other one, to replace the damage one.
Quick service, no further inquiries or doubts about it, they were impecables in solving a problem, that was caused by the Portuguese post service CTT.

The merchandise arrive home, in two days and in mint condition.

DHL service needs to be improved.

There was one order, which was split in two shipmeants.

The first shipmeant arrived kickly, and good, the second one, not so.

Improving speed for back orders, is advisable.
