CBD drops

Ordered CBD drops. Established from emailing manufacturer the product contains CBN oil 0.91% and THC 0.03% which can cause positive results for cannabis use in drug tests. Notified Chemist Direct that the listing is not accurate and I can not use the item. Item is sealed/unused Chemist direct want me to pay return postage. Had the item been described correctly I would not have purchased the item. I will be contacting trading standards should senior manager not contact me.

Damaged Alloys

Purchased tyres from BlackCircles. Spent over £380 on two orders. Had tyres fitted at ATS Euromaster who have damaged 3 alloys. This is after asking them to take extra care. I have emailed BlackCircles and sent before and after photos on 18/12/2019. I've had no reply only a customer satisfaction survey for my communication with a BlackCircles employee. Have to laugh (There's been no communication with Black Circles). I travel over 25k miles a year, if you want to keep my business you need to get on this. Should BlackCircles fail to sort this out I'll pass this on to my insurance company. Booking ref: BC3161717

Find a UK tax paying company

Do not use this company. They pay little or no UK tax, the customs duty is incorrect on their packages, most likely to ovoid further taxes to import into the UK. Company used incorrect billing name on packing slip then said i must have made an error during the order. I did not and double checked all the details before confirming order as it is important for me to get a correctly billed invoice. My default account billing and shipping should have proved this but according to customer care that is not proof. They say they cant issue a correct invoice because that would be fraudulent. I have never heard such BS. Educate yourself in UK law. Now looking to return order and file a complaint with trading standards. I'm moving my business elsewhere after 3 years of custom and over £500 spent with them and sister company cartridgeshop.co.uk

Don't expect them to support claims

Use another cashback retailer as they don't back you up in a claim.
Applied for Tesco Credit Card with cashback advertised at £45.45. Only got £20.20 after submitting a claim, less than half. Tesco reported i had not taken out card but I had the card in hand. Why pay any money if they thought i had not taken out the card. Customer service from TopCashback is really poor. I will no longer use TopCashback.

Hi Rav,

We will always help our members as much as we can but cashback eligibility is fully decided on by the retailer and their tracking network.

Should a transaction be declined we will help our members through the claim process but we do have to cut off claims when we know for sure we are not going to get any more. If further info is provided we may be able to pursue the claim but this option is not always available to us, it's dependant on the reason for the decline and what avenues we have left.

I am sorry you don't feel we do enough for you in these situations, we do everything we possibly can. At the end of the day, a decline for you, is just as bad for us.

long wait for fast track item

product as described and everything i wanted in a new watch but i have to give a low score for the +15 minute wait on a fast track service. All operators were serving and the fast track counter was being used for normal service. In my case by a customer who wasn't sure what size light bulb they needed. They returned to a catalogue while i was required to wait in line. Just not right.
