Bought three AEG appliances from Appliance city. Excellent service from purchase to delivery. I ordered some months before delivery and they checked the appliances before delivery and found the hob damaged so new one ordered slightly inconvenient but better than receiving it damaged. Satisfied with the appliances. Well done to Dominic (sales), Will (sorting out delivery ), Gary & Andy (delivery ).Arranging delivery and the actual delivery was excellent. Pricing for the appliances was competitive and choice good. Would recommend.

Regular user of Crocus disappointed this time
I have used Crocus a number of times and have usually found the service and plants excellent. This time not so much. I ordered a couple of different plants. One of which was to be ready within 2 weeks. 2 weeks came and went and my account showed that it had been processed. I chased it with an email reply was an automated response. But a couple of days plants arrived. Two were of the usual quality the third and a fig was disappointing : small with about two leaves and one bud. I was particularly disappointed as the week before I had seen an excellent specimen of the same fig at our local Waitrose and about £ 3 cheaper. I also think Crocus supplies Waitrose with plants. Anyway the fig is planted and doing okay but still somewhat disappointed with Crocus.

I purchased then had to return I bike I bought from you. The sizing was wrong,but the fault could be attributed to myself.
At one point in a telephone conversation with one of your employees it appeared I was being challenged in my wish to return the said bike and for the purposes I listed. If I had been less certain or qualified I may have been disinclined to return this bike. I found this unsatisfactory. When I then became more assertive the employee acknowledged my grievances and the bike was returned and I was refunded the money I had paid.
I can understand you may get some odd customers so have to be circumspect. But you also have understand some customers have genuine concerns or complaint.

I’m very sorry you feel this way and I will pass your feedback over to the relevant teams involved. When a customer wants to return an item, we do have to ask a few questions to make sure it’s the right decision for the customer.
