Excellent company to deal with
Excellent company to deal with. We bought an airgility cordless hoover in 2019 and registered the guarantee. The hoover has been really great, better than many of the others we tried. Unfortunately though it stopped working. Beldrays customer service has been excellent and they have replaced the hoover with no quibbles at all. Naomi was helpful, polite and efficient and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company.

Good survey site. I do get screened out quite often and sometimes right at the end of the survey, which is annoying. Vindale pay you reliably and the surveys aren't too long
The worst company I have ever dealt with
I can't even begin to tell you how disappointed I am! Not only did I wait for 8 weeks for my order to arrive with no communication from the company to explain why when I asked what was happening. The plants arrived badly packed and so damaged that some plants went straight on the compost heap. The photos on your website look lovely, my plants looked nothing like they promise. They are pale instead of colourful and several plants are repeated rather than there being a variety. Garden express have ignored all my complaints and requests via ticket raising for a refund, they are simply thieves. Don't give them your money. I honestly find it hard to believe that the good comments on here can be genuine in anyway.
I have used Morrisons on line delivery…
I have used Morrisons on line delivery service for a few years now and have always been very satisfied but since they started their new system of delivering orders that are picked in store and then delivered I couldn't be more disappointed. My order is never correct there are always substitutions and /or items missingoften the replacement items bear no resemblance to the products I've ordered. I often receive damaged items and have to call customer service for refunds. Would no longer recommend this service
