9 hrs journey turned in 48hrs without…

9 hrs journey turned in 48hrs without any tangible explanation. Tap staff have seen so much flight delays, cancellations, missed connection to the extent that there’s no empathy. Also luck of forward thinking in addressing issues.

For a case to be heard by customer service officer, requires a waiting time of over 2hours.

Very disappointed 😞.
