Every year I order same day flowers. Every year you accept the order. Every year I get a message the next day saying that you were sorry not to hear from me yesterday and if I want the flowers delivered today to let you know.
I can only conclude:
1 You don’t really do one day flowers
2 you assume we won’t be stupid enough to order from you again- however as you’re the only company that even pretends to deliver within one day, I do.
