Good morning
I have ordered a perfume In Lookfantastic and today I received my order, the product wasn’t sealed and when i took from the box was not full.
I already made a formal complaint but people should be aware about this situation.
I have contact Lookfantastic customer care and sent picture strait way of the conditions of the product I have received. They offer me 20% discount.
first off all they offer was so ridiculous, they shouldn’t have sent a perfume that isn’t sealed, and worst also, that isn’t full.
I paid 74,97€ for it, so isn’t a cheap item also I know for a fact that all perfumery is always sealed ( the boxes) and even if you want to return if isn’t sealed they won’t accepted. So why should I accept an item in this conditions.
I feel so annoyed with customer service of Lookfantastic.

I have order from cult beauty a bronzer…
I have order from cult beauty a bronzer from Becca color sunrise and they have sent me the wrong one. Really don’t know what to do. I have sent an email to customer service. My order is #102652496.
How they normal resolve this issues, never had a item sent wrong from any other company.
Feel that their service isn’t very good.
Won’t be ordering again, for my first experience with CB wasn’t good!
