Second shipment now arrived and on …
Second shipment now arrived and on delayed time ( days after the first) by DHL. (according to tracker.) Not broken either despite warnings.
Support from "Drinks and Co" non existant. At no time have they helped me to locate the shipments.
No recall from original telephone message and no contact from the famed Isolde. No customer service, with any value, on line or off.
My advice is (if you can - buy elsewhere). But if you are happy to track and search your order, ignored by this bunch, the wines are good and the options are great.

I have just unpacked the last shipment. While all bottles are intact, and as such acceptable, the last 4 bottles were covered in mould, and the labels detaching.
This seems to be independent of the box, (no stains) and possibly due to bottles being put into box.
(which seems to be a shop delivery box).
Vinello's response to Drinks and Co on the broken delivery referred to damaged labels as not being acceptable for return.
Have I also been sent as sub-standard case?

However, in your message, you mention that some of the bottles were covered in mould, and the labels detaching. If you prefer to send the bottles back, please, let us know by contacting us via our customer service.

Useless information on site until complaint.
I don't mind delays but I do mind little information, only given as the complaint is made to the delivery company.
Promised 24 hrs delivery since last complaint. Nothing doing.
I know this is a busy time of the year, but I still expect timely delivery information.

Customer service poor ( somewhere in Spain) I was told Thurs 1400 ish to deal with this next Monday (on-line)
No follow up from them on Friday. No support because Isolde was not available.
I wish could buy the wine elsewhere.
DHL tracking has told me the shipment was broken in Germany and not deliverable. Hours later a delivery driver delivers the package in Surrey!
The second shipment (4 days separated from the first)
Has been recorded as being in the "International sorting office" since the 2/12/19 with no shipping update.
All of a sudden it is in the UK being delivered on the 6th. How can you manage this.
Anyway it has not arrived.

Great wines
Great wines. Good service until something goes wrong. Unable to deal with simple issues of communication around expired date cards. POOR customer service by e-mail or phone and unable to respond to deadlines in a timely manner. Little follow up and distinct lack of e-mail communication.No interest in solving the issue until you quit. Then it all "How sorry we are let us help"

Poor delivery management through DHL
Poor delivery management through DHL. Complete ignorance of the fact that they chose DHL and total failure to support a customer.
And now the miserable customer srvices tell me I need to sort this out with DHL.
I paid unvinium and I am in contract with them not DHL
What a bunch of wasters.
For the record ( delivery detail from Unvinium and DHL do not match)
This is the second time I have had to travel 30 odd miles to show this to DHL and cannot have my delivery because of the miss-match. Yet I have requested delivery to a safe place/ not as DHL claim that Unvinium require a signature.
Unvinium customer services are unhelpful. If they do nor respond I will publish their mails here. (4 days from 02/06/19)
