STOLE MY MONEY
Paid £25 for a pharmacy product, the pharmacist refused to sell it so I asked for a refund, was told it would arrive in 24hrs, I am still waiting. Contacted customer service no reply
The woman who replied, used the word "monies", and did not even offer me a refund. I
Not at all impressed with this shambles, going straight to the manager. I will be reporting this to the police.

We are really sorry to hear of the issues encountered whilst ordering online.
I can confirm all Pharmacy lines purchased require a small questionnaire to be completed and once received our Pharmacist will then check the answers provided where your will then be released or cancelled.
We emailed you to confirm your order would need to be cancelled as the item purchased was not being used for the correct purpose under the Manufacturing guidelines and the word 'monies' was used and is a plural form of money, as used in financial contexts.
Your order was cancelled on the 27th December and the payment was only deducted automatically as per your authorisation as you paid with Pay Pal.
Unfortunately our officers were closed from 27th December 3pm until 1st January and your refund has now been issued to you.
Please allow 24 hours for your funds to appear in your account.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.
