Possibly the worst complaints handlers ever

This airline overcharged me and would not let my family board without supplemental credit card payment at the airport. Their suggestion was that I re-claim on my return. 15 months later they have not even responded to my claim. You can ring them but their front line receptionists will not provide an address or email address so your only contact is via their website.
Avoid this airline!

I was overcharged for a flight in…

I was overcharged for a flight in August 2018 and was advised at the airport to make a complaint so that a refund could then be made. I complained via the website on 10 August and was eventually provided with a Complaint reference number. I have heard nothing else since despite making many many calls which always end with the representative saying they will email their backroom staff asking them to deal with the claim as soon as possible. I have probably spent more on phone calls than the amount by which they overcharged!
