As with previous posters below

As with previous posters below, I have just got within a few shells of the £50 Amazon gift card, which was there at the weekend. When i signed in Monday morning thats now gone up to £100 minimum and i'll need another 1000 shells!!! Emailed & tweeted them but no response, makes all the time and effort seem pointless...and I thought before they were one of the better ones, appears not........


................as a further update 2 weeks later, i actually tried to redeem as a different gift. After accepting the order, received an email 5 mins later "sorry your order cancelled, our service provider cant process the redemption"......

...what an absolute joke

Its easy to use company

Its easy to use company, arrives pretty quick after ordering and regular updates before and after prescription due.

Only downside i had was live chat contact, took ages for anyone to answer

I am pleased that you are finding our service easy to use; however, I am sorry that you had to wait a while to speak with an advisor using live chat.

Looking at your account I can see that you communicated with us at around 12-Noon, this is during our peak contact time for the day, so you may wait a while if you choose to contact us from around 9am - 1pm.

Recently we have introduced more advisors to the team and we are in the process of recruiting more, so the queue times for all contact methods should be gradually reducing over the coming months.

Our contact centre is open between 8am - 5:30pm weekdays and 8:30am - 1pm on Saturdays, so you may wish to contact us at an alternative time during these hours. You can also contact us using email and we do also monitor Facebook/Twitter if you use social media.
