Worst training ever... Just kidding ;-)
So far it was one of the best trainings I ever had in my life :-)

Two days passed like a couple of hours - training was super intensive, full of different activities with involvement of the whole group generating interesting ideas and thoughts to think about afterwards. Wim and Peter have guided us through the material with interesting and right topics which (I believe) will happen in the real life of any Scrum Master. They have confidently facilitated discussions around these topics by creating a proper environment to do so.

I would recommend this training to everyone in case if these two gentlemen would continue doing it in the same way, perhaps by continuously improving the methods which they have used (oh, I truly believe that they could do this training even better, even tho it is already super cool ;-))

The most exciting parts:
* Facilitation - Liberating Structures... Oh, man, I will use them in my retros, for sure!
* Conflict resolution - I even didn’t think before that this training would help me to understand how deep you can dive into different situations of a conflict, even tho I knew before about 5 levels of a conflict.
* Friendly environment of our group being built by Wim and Peter
* Good place for the training

Not so good parts:
* Rarely I felt a little bit confused because I “didn’t get the question” which we were trying to tackle. But afterwards, during the conversation in pairs it was pretty clear what was the point we’re trying to discuss.
