They book things for you and that’s it.

This I could have done myself on the internet. I was expecting a holiday with no worries but I had them:
- one flight was changed by logitravel and they didn’t change the transfers, had to do it myself
- had to pay for an extra transfer because logitravel didn’t change it when changed the flight mentioned before (again, the responsibility to double check it was mine, but it was not a last minute change, and then that’s not a “worry free” vacation)
- couldn’t check in online and choose seats in some flights
- people on the phone aren’t welcoming and nice
- reminders sent when they’re not needed anymore

If it just a booking service I would rather do it myself.
