Dear sir i have a big problem one of your agency did scam me for my ticket i did pay4900 danish krones for a ticket. The problem begins when i see that i have a connecting flight in wien an there is not time to transfer only 20 minuts an when i call flybillet they did offer me a new flightan saying wait 24 to 48 hours but did wait 70 hours. I did wait 7 to 12 hours on the phone but none aswers me but when i did call from another number they did answer whitin 10 minuts. An i did ask where you sitting they did say India an when you ask for a name they do gice false names like lars or hanne an i know they did not take it serius. But i did contack lufthansa to an they did look into it after caling the german number the departement with the tickets they did say the agency flybillet did SCAM YOU an thats what i have seen an i am not happy to lose this much money an buy another one becuse of them scamming me. They did on the last day cancel it to but i got every information an the ticket. I have writing so many emails an lost 800 krones on telefon money.
