6 months still no refund
Nearly six months later Festicket have done nothing about refunding tickets for Vestiville. Don't buy from Festicket there are loads better ticket sellers out there who have a more honest and direct approach to customer service

Terrible product
Terrible product, no customer service.
Ordered a shower screen, it does not prevent water escaping, nearly two weeks later I've got no further in getting a replacement.
One Stop Dom get full marks again
One Stop Dom, basically Batdom and Robin, are the super heroes of landscape gardening. We had a small 4m squared junkyard, featuring rubble, uneven ground and an ugly knee high wall, OSD transformed it into a beautiful outdoor space.
Dom is a perfectionists who puts time and thought into a job because he loves what he does and it's important to him to do good job. We set him the task of laying a new floor, with supplied salvaged slate of various lengths, and constructing a bench/storage container out of reclaimed hardwood, again of various lengths. There was also additional drainage and plumbing work.
Dom completed the work on time and on budget and devised creative solutions for all the challenges he encountered. His team (of himself plus one) were assiduous about clearing up and worked long hours, only happy to leave the job when the current stage was complete, as we both take turns working from home we know how hard they worked.
They were a pleasure to have a round the place coping with our new puppy and not mentioning Brexit once. I wholeheartedly recommend OSD, if you take them on for a job you won't be disappointed.
