Only received 1 of the caroets I paid…

Only received 1 of the carpets I paid for. Have gotten no help or news from either fedex or carpetvista.

I can see that you have already received the other package. However, I truly apologize that we and FedEx did not let you know about the delay of your delivery, which might have caused you to worry about your order.

We work very hard to deliver our carpets to our customers as comfortably as possible. However, these delay issues happen sometimes without us not realizing it. Therefore, we are very happy to hear from you if/when you need help regarding your delivery.

Still missing half of my drlivery

I was awaiting two carpets. One arrived with a label that said “2 of 2”. I showed delivery person. He insisted he only had one. I called the office that had sms’d me delivery time. I explained the situation and all the women said was . “No there is only one”. I replied “but it states right here on your sgipping label that this is “2 of 2”. She replied: “No, only one. Au revoir.” End of call.
