Broken bed frame, no customer service, no reply 9 months and waiting.
Bought a 170/200 very beautiful and expensive bed only to notice that it had very poor support. One little wooden block to hold the weight of a mattress and 2 adults. Sure enough, 1 week after purchase the entire frame cracked and collapsed.
I have called emailed many times and NOTHING no customer service at all never a response and it had now been 9 months.
I have spent over 4 thousand euros in 2 purchased and we will never shop with them again!
