Hi all, I have around £100 credit stuck with this organisation which never answers phones or emails for past 2 weeks. Looks like maybe another "zeek" (google it).

Beware excess 10% charge added to your booking. The amount you authorise on your credit card will not be processed and instead you will get a screen saying "Sorry, we need some more time to compete your booking" and they will use your card details to manually charge you including an extra a 10% cancellation insurance . And then when you call them it is not possible to speak with a human etc.

I am sorry that Fullflex service was added to your reservation without your authorization.
When a booking is made on our website each and every step that is taken while making a booking is recorded in the booking details in the form of codes, these are called the footprints of a booking. Having looked at the footprints, I can see that after you clicked on the “BUY” button on the payment page, you received a pop-up on your screen giving you more information about the FullFlex package and since you clicked on “I accept and continue” the FullFlex assistance package was added to your booking. Also, we sent you a FullFlex assistance email mentioning that this service can be withdrawn prior to the departure.
Upon reviewing your booking details, I can see that the Full Flex service is already withdrawn and refunded from this booking.
I apologise for the inconvenience caused to you.
