The worst!
I bought 3 bottles of a wine that just won an award from wine spectator, the product was available but eventually they informed me it was out of stock. They deliberately didn't ship it to sell it in the future for a higher price.

We sincerely apologize for this situation. Unfortunately, the success of the Château Léoville Barton 2016 wine meant that it was sold very quickly and our partners, who offer this wine on our marketplace, no longer had it in stock. The demand was so huge that some orders had to be cancelled.
Our customer service team tried to deliver the order by asking other partners for the wine, but unfortunately the wine was no longer available. We regret this situation very much and are at your disposal for further comments.
