Ripped off by TAB Portugal airline !!!

We flew from Chicago to Lisbon and I paid extra to upgrade our sits 360 dollars extra and I asked to give me closer to the front ..very rude told me the only sits avalible are 16A 16C
.there were plenty of empty sits in the front !!so they lie to us ...the food was horrible !
they charged us for luggage and when we wanted to upgrade to bussiness class ,they didnt want to give us the money back for the luggage
the extra cost was 700 $ for upgrate and luggage tjat was after the purchase of the tickets ....awful ! never again !
