I am buying for myself and my husband. While I enjoy the healthier ingredients in Factor meals, my husband has not liked the meals that are available. Too many meals have green beans and the portions may be too small for him. I personally do recommend Factor if healthy foods and controlled portions are what you're looking for.

The fish that we receive from Vital Choice is of the best quality. The King Salmon comes out perfect every time using the cedar plank method. The Sablefish is my personal favorite..light, delicate and flaky. We love that all the products sold are sustainably fished too.

The salmon filets (6 oz) were moist and flavorful after cooking as directed. I did ours in the oven. Even my grandchildren loved it.
