I've already logged a complaint through Google Reviews. Was asked to send my complaint reference 1 week ago, sent it 5 days ago through reviews again as not everybody uses Facebool and Twitter. It would be worth any potential traveller reading my review on Google as it will warn you of what to expect when you book with TAP - just dont do it. The upgrade is a money hoax designed to get you to pay more for your flight than you already have, making many promises which dont happen.
I'm waiting 7 weeks for a reply disgraceful customer treatment.
