My first experience with Merlín was outstanding! I had ordered a pair of Time Osmos 15 cycling shoes. Before making the purchase I had a few questions, so I emailed Merlin and they quickly responded answering all my questions and concerns. My shoes arrived when they were supposed to especially since I reside in the US. Shoes are incredible, but the best part was the price!! Incredible discount where I wouldn’t have found anywhere else.
