Incompetents and unprofessional

Incompetents and unprofessional. I Sent them 7 mail and they didn't reply to none of them, and 3 days ago i write a review here and they reply my the next day but completely to another stuff, not EVEN CONSIDERING MY PROBLEM, they sent me a tutorial how to remove my bad review and that i should consider removing it, that's Monese guys, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU UNTIL YOU WRITE A BAD REVIEW, AND THEY CONTINUE NOT CARING, THEY JUST SEND YOU AND EMAIL IF YOU CAN REMOVE IT. My account is still blocked and i couldn't talk with anyone about it, because they don't care. Still have my problem that i cannot use my account because they say i'm not an European citizen, but in fact i am and i sent 7 email with my documents.
