Poor packaging, damaged cassette, long shipping time

The cassette arrived in poor condition, due to inadequate packaging such that the metal teeth of the largest chain ring were poking through holes in the packaging and appeared to have suffered some damage in transit. The package took two weeks to arrive which was longer than I expected.
