Not happy

I have been extremely disappointed with this website. The sweatshirt that I bought was nothing like what was pictured in the image. I have sent an email to you guys and have yet to receive confirmation that you have received it / or that you were working on it. I also paid extra to receive my sweatshirt before Christmas with guarantee delivery and unfortunately it did not make it in time. It was received several days after the promised date.
