Poor delivery standards and shady cancellation policy!

Constantly missing ingredients and/or the recipe cards. The last two deliveries have been completely thawed leaving everything soaked and unsafe to consume. I tried to cancel on their website and found out we must email them "to get further instructions on how to cancel". This just gives them the opportunity to beg and asked endless questions as another hurdle to cancellation. After cancellation I got charged again and the food that showed up was fully thawed, no recipe cards, with none of the meat that was required for the recipes. Absolute worst meal delivery service, do not try them out!!

UPDATE 7/20: Charged AGAIN after "confirmation" on their end that this awful service has been cancelled. I will be contacting my credit card's security team to resolve the matter at this point. Their cancellation practice should be, and probably is, illegal.
