Did you know there was a “secret” section of their URL?!?! That is, 3rd party marketplace items such as high-end shampoo, essential oils....
This is for my experience with their website, ordering and customer service.
URL: big fail. Their inventory is not real-time and even if you confirm with customer service over the phone—still does not guarantee if the item is in stock or not? Then, the inventory ebbs n flows. Meaning one week it will be in stock, then completely sold out, then back in stock. Also, if you order and they show 25 qty in stock —you may still get an email stating—“sorry wish we had enough”????
The only saving grace is if you “escalate” to speaking with a customer rep supervisor (without being a Kevin or Karen), as they will take the extra step in assisting you.
Does as promised in their ad
Does as promised in their ad, HOWEVER...
Pros: easily to apply and remove, does make a noticeable difference
Cons: super expensive for what you get. 1 bottle barely covered my small 2-seater sports car—and this was using only 1 coat and sparingly.
Thoughts: so when you go thru the auto car wash—the products splashed on your car are pink, blue and purple (much like this stuff). An auto car wash here in the SF Bay Area is about $15 at the Shell station. I feel you get the same shine/protective coat with this “type” wash without the labor part. It also smells like grape. In summary, if you like the satisfaction of doing your own car care—this is for you. Note, I applied this to a clean car. I did the cheapest Shell wash for $8 and then applied this product.
Disappointing
I ordered 6 weeks in advance and they canceled 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery siting no reason. I reached out to their customer service and they stated they just ran out of resources.
Unacceptable.
This was for my elderly parents who can’t go out due to Covid. Now they have no food for that week.
