Terrible Survey Website

I first started on this site years ago, but started being active since 2017. It was usually a good time I had with the site until I'd randomly have my account paused cause of browser problems. A couple weeks ago I had my account disabled and created a service ticket about what happened and it was closed with no explanation. I opened another ticket and got the message back stating "As a member of our program you may only have one account, provide accurate profile information and survey responses. You must also be thoughtful and attentive in responding to our surveys." They accused me of many things none of which I had done on their platform and took away all the points I earned. I'm done with this terrible website if they will just end your account so quickly like this. Don't bother wasting your time on this survey website, you won't make much money and they'll disable your account whenever they feel like it.
