One of my favorite game developer studios. They make cool sims and other things with a sense of humor. Among other cool franchises they made the funny Tropico Series which is one of the best small city builder games out there. Also greatly looking forward to the startopia reboot.

They changed how messaging worked and went full “woke” politically. Really sad to see them decline because I met one of my best girlfriends there like 8 years ago. It’s just not as good of a site today.
One of my favorite small American…
One of my favorite small American companies. They make great cast iron cookware which is great to cook on.
It’s not nonstick like Teflon, so cooking eggs on it isn’t quite as perfect as a traditional frying pan. But for everything else it has great characteristics: it retains heat well, you can cut on it while cooking without risk to health, and most importantly it will literally last forever. It’s so thick and heavy that I’m pretty sure it would stop a tank shell. I’m pretty sure my great grandkids will be handing it down to their own kids: that’s how certain I am that it will last.

Many of the styles are a bit too overly trendy and attempting to be hipsterish, but they have a good selection of low cost plastic glasses and also donate pairs to charity. I buy 2 or 3 pairs every 18 months or so in different colors and have amassed a fresh new pair in lots of colors that matches just about any conceivable outfit.

They really helped me out. I work in a quite sensitive field and don’t want my name, address, and phone number searchable online. I asked my friend who works as a techie in a major search engine how to go about getting it off there. He said that search engines just display the data found online so you need to remove them from the source. I found this company that deleted my private data from all kinds of pages and then removed it from the search engines. I am a lot more private and safe thankfully.

They sell a lot of metal storage shelves and mounting tools. I got my laptop desk clamp from them where I put my monitor on one side, and elevate the laptop next to it. It helped my neck pain significantly to have the laptop at eye level. Helped my life a lot.

Good health advice with a politically conspiratorial flavor. Pretty entertaining website. Don’t trust everything they say, do your research and be skeptical. But it’s a good source of knowledge about different seeds and nuts and other nutrients that may be useful for health.
Very convenient way to try new dishes
Very convenient way to try new dishes. They include the ingredients and recipe you need to make it at home.
My issue is the quality control. Every few months they forget an ingredient in the box. Also, the price Is more than alternative services.
Their wine delivery service is cool: slightly smaller bottles and you get to try a new wine.
I wish they had a dessert service though I’m not sure how that could work.

Always delivered my parts, albeit sometimes slowly. I needed to return a HD drive once and they accepted the return with no hassle. They’re my goto shop I look at first for most computer stuff.
Nice low expensive security cameras
Nice low expensive security cameras. I’ve dropped them off a shelf repeatedly and they’ve survived. And their services are usually reasonably priced, somewhat even though there was a mild bait and switch once.
The main issue is the trust I have with them. There have been some reports that their cams have been sending data packets to China and they have employees in China. Kind of concerning in today’s day and age IMHO.

One of the coolest ways to learn a language. They don’t really have lessons. The app just introduces language concepts through logical quizzes where you can infer the answers. I’m doing some French, Spanish, Greek, and Russian lessons. I look forward to trying some German and Italian soon. It’s a lot of fun.
Sometimes I do think the lessons should be a bit more structured though.
