Crappy customer care. I contacted them regarding a mistake packaging of a box (wrong recipe card). The initial response was diplomatic version of "to bad so sad. Here's how you can spend your time and money to deal with it so we don't have to!" When I responded that was unacceptable and remind them homechef says the recipe card is part of the package and I should have and want it, I was told it would be sent. That was early October. Still haven't received it.
Edit: reply to HomeChef. Your response is a complete and utter lie. I have contacted homechef twice and gotten the same response. HomeChef DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CORRECTING ITS MISTAKES. Apparently homechef is okay with losing hundreds of dollars a month over a recipe card. Pretty darn sad.
