I wrote a review on an item ($80 spoons that were poor quality and degraded after one handwash.) They pulled my review. Every review that was posted seemed to be fake and commented specifically that they were good quality and should not be placed in a dishwasher (which never happened in my case). Anyways, they only post bogus and biased reviews and should not trusted.

I really like these vitamins and how they are easy to swallow and have a minty flavor/scent. However, if I have too many, it is hard to postpone more, so I have an extra bottle here and there that I need to give away. I wish they allowed an easier way to pause the subscription.

I really like their meal prep kits as a convenient form of food delivery service, but over the years the quality of produce has decreased and this has become less a "blue apron" gourmet experience.

Choose Hello Fresh if you want easier prep. I learned a lot more about cooking skills from the first several years of the service. This has changed as Blue Apron has become more like its competitors, so would base your choice on meal selection and convenience.

Tread carefully as you read the reviews as these guys are capable of creating fake posts.

Jay Jackson was assigned to my account and is extremely rude and condescending. It is one thing to misrepresent and scam your clients, but would suggest these guys learn customer service and how to communicate in a respectful manner. Their team is ineffective, and provide poor quality results that do not live up to their overpriced pitch. They need to learn how to communicate better and include areas of uncertainty. In addition, they provided an initial quote for the second year of service to me before I committed, and later increased that several fold when the year was nearly over which is a good reason to be careful and get everything in writing. They are scam artists that drag you along and treat you poorly, then do not even have the courtesy to give you your passwords back until you complain about their conduct six months later.

Save yourself some grief because you will discover that there are true professionals out there who will work with you and provide you more value for your money.

They cut!

It took a few weeks to receive the order, but the knives are slick for the price. They are a nice cornflower blue with a well weighted and balanced design.
