Accused me of taken their surveys on a computer outside the Country I had registered in. Refused to pay me when I went to redeem 1000 points for a useless £7.30 Amazon gift card and deactivated my account. This action only adds up to an unprofessional Company who should be called a Scam Company. Eventually they did pay but before they paid I had to complain to the FTC. Don't waste your time doing their Surveys as the time you spend doing then adds up to very little. My advice is register with Valued Opinions, Crowdology and Smart Opinions, Google them for links. Don't waste your time with this lot. I eventually received my Amazon Gift Card. For the inconvenience to me they added a pitiably small 250 points thinking I would be jumping over the Moon with their kindness. My action now is to delete my account and hope they will go out of business as soon as possible which will make me very happy.

Scam. Will not pay me when I went to redeem my 1000 point. They told be that my account had been deactivated because I had accessed their surveys on a computer outside the UK. Total rubbish because the last time I was out of the UK was January 2020 for a two week holiday before the Coronavirus lockdowns started and I did not register until around late February 2021. Still fighting them for my payment but they look like a scam. Can not recommend them. Better to register with a decent survey company called Valued Opinions, a million times better then this useless one. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY. Update. The Company has just replied to this review. A total joke as for the two weeks I have sent emails to them trying to explain I have only been in England for the last 12 months and only used one computer to access their site to complete legally their surveys. I have over 1000 valued points awarded to me from them but they still refuse to acknowledge their legal responsibility to pay me.
