They will scam you!

I never received a notification that my box was ready to customize. I did not renew my subscription after 3 years, but had one last spring box left. When I reached out to customer service, they told me they were sorry they didn't send the notification & they'd refund me $35.02! Wait- I paid VIP annual $199 divided by 4 should come out to $49.99 a box.
Oh no, they told me they were $54.99 a box & there was a $20 member fee that gets taken off the last box! What the?!
I never agreed to a member fee. This USED to be a good subscription service and the last year, it totally has gone downhill! From poor quality items, switch & bait advertising, out of stock items, overpriced add ons, and shipping mishaps- I'm done & would not recommend them! Nowadays, there are many more options to choose from for a very similar subscription service!!

Dangerous Experience

I wanted to like Found. It was easy & convenient & I had the self discipline to do it.
I had very serious side effects taking the prescribed meds. I could not reach out to my Dr. via the app, I had to login on a desktop to do it, waiting days for a response. They tell you to call 911 if it is an emergency. I didn't know if I needed to stop the meds cold turkey or wean off? I chose to stop & I am so glad that I did!
I could not trust the Dr.'s recommendations anymore. I did not feel comfortable with him or the Found program! They prescribed me naltrexone & bupropion. I have a good health history, no other known issues, etc. Those prescribed meds are antidepressant & anti seizure meds. I had terrible nausea & stomach pain. I gave it a few more days. Then I had a terrible feeling of being scared- like something bad was going to happen to me. I was anxious & couldn't sleep good. When I did sleep, I had terrible dreams- like I was stabbing someone with a knife & woke up with a racing heart! My head felt foggy all day & I just felt off. It's just not worth it to me.

I joined the Found community in the app. I had been eating healthy & exercising but the app gives no guidance! They used to have health coaches, but they cut that out to save on costs now, so don't expect a coach or any guidance!

I saw people posting pictures of very unhealthy meals and horrible experiences. There is no coach to comment or guide these people! It's basically a free for all with random inexperienced people trying to lose weight like you giving their unprofessional advice!
Yes, the app posts healthy articles for people to read but basically that's it! So, you chat with an online Dr. from India one time who prescribes you dangerous mind altering drugs and gives people an app! Wow! I had seen enough!
Yes there are hidden cancellation fees but that was the least of my worries! I'm glad I didn't die or get seriously hurt! Lesson learned!

Our members do have the option to switch providers when the need arises and improvements are continually being made to the app in order to give our community the support that fits their needs. We realize that some aspects of the program may not resonate with everyone.

Not great

Terrible flavors bad customer service & overpriced meals for what you get! My $4 healthy choice meals taste better than this mess!

Quality jewelry-if available

Nice products- a few were sold out and a few went on sale after I had already purchased! I wish you'd just offer fair prices to start with. The quality of the jewelry is great & it arrived on time and boxed very nicely!

I expected more!

Device is pricey and noisy but I love the scents! Watched a video on setup- it was easy. The device itself is very low tech- it feels lightweight & made out of cheap plastic. The design of inserting the blue bottle upside down is a delicate balancing act or you’ll spill oil all out the front of the device!!
I liked the scents I ordered but they do die down over time & I have to increase the intensity in the device.
There are better machines out there!! Not sure that I’d recommend the oil & definitely not the machine!
