Very comfortable, lightweight too

I have been on primal Queen for about a year now, my iron levels have been great. I have been anemic for a while and this has helped me tremendously. Unfortunately, for me I haven't seen any other changes in weight, or hormones due to me being in PeriMenopause and having autoimmune disease and severe hormonal issues so supplements will not help me. But, for my vitamin B, A and iron levels being great and after 10 years of issues this is definitely worth it.

I have tried other meals and they are very bland. I am very happy with everything we have received so far. Definitely, will continue with this company.
