Overall, Factor meal service meets our expectations
Chicken entrees are consistently fabulous! Quality and cut of meat is great, and dinners are thoroughly cooked with minimal heating for consumer.
Unfortunately, our experience with steak and pork entrees has not been good. These cuts are consistently tough. With my husband's shellfish allergies, we are sadly restricted to chicken, salmon, and ground beef entrees.
Lastly, we realize that due to the process and nature of your meals, vegetable choices are limited. Still, we need to say that green beans are really overused. And unfortunately they are also consistently overdone. We often cook the entrees separately and heat the green beans on their own.
