Engineer was friendly, efficient and ensured the problem was throughly fixed and future proofed. Excellent work. Very considerate of the building restrictions. Only negative was he left a lot of cable behind in the street.

Boo loves her food! Her coat is glossy, she's energetic, her tummy is always happy and she's satisfied through the day. Great food for a growing kitten. Bonus is that the food doesn't have that "pet food" smell and the cans are easy to recycle!

Friendly, clean, quick and efficient work while still working with a high level of skill and accuracy. Fixed the fault and took action to prevent it from happening again. Took into account that my landlord will not consent to additional drilling to the property for anchoring the ladder, so worked with the existing cabel. Fantastic work.

I am happy because I got my Internet installed after 4 weeks of being messed around. The engineer was friendly, worked efficiently and was clean and conscientious. He also went out of his way to contact me and my landlord ahead of time to clarify what we needed to have the installation completed. Openreach had somewhat set him up for failure by not including anything on his job sheet about requiring a cherry picker despite extensive notes and requests for one being passed to open reach from the provider. If he hadn't recognised the address from a previous appointment, where I had to cancell because my landlord refused permission to drill into the downstairs flat the secure ladders, he would have wasted his time and had the appointment cancelled again because open reach failed to provide him with the information he needed to do his job.

The engineer was excellent, despite open reaches failures to provide their engineers with appropriate notes for their appointments.
