Not very focused on USA customers
Looks like the products are good, however the whole interface with the company is not "american like" in its nature and policies. I know it is a Chinese company but with the greatest market in the USA I expected them making en effort. Bottom line - would be hesitant to buy from them again, will consider other companies.
