I like factors meals but after subscribing for several months, I may take a break simply because the cost of each meal for what you actually get simply isnt worth it. I would stay if they dropped the price a few bucks, but for $11.00 per meal that is more like a snack, Im gonna have to cancel soon. Food tastes great, but too expensive, and also the sodium content is through the roof.

Complete brush off by this company in resolving something they allowed. Been a customer/subscriber for a few years, and all of a sudden they send two identical bundles, and charged me for both. Not good business practice. Thanks Squatch!

I love the product you guys offer. However the three stars are due to the fact that you guys shipped the same order to me twice one day apart, and I was charged for it. I even sent an email to support requesting a refund/review/correction, and have not heard anything as of yet. No problems until now. Im hoping you will offer some sort of resolution, by at least not sending the same order twice. What happened there?
