policy needs reworked.
I had ordered a 4 meal plan. In one of my box's i was missing an item. When reported to factor i was given a credit and was excited to keep using them. found out their policy is, if you have a discount that the credit will not apply to your account until the discount ends. crazy to expect me to pay for all these box's and not get the refund or credit applied to next box. wont be using this service again will just go back to home cooked meals.
